I love high cathedrals…

"...I love high cathedrals, humbling myself with my soul, to visit...", the poet Alexander Blok, who once admired the beauty of the domes of Russian churches, wrote. Many literary works are dedicated to churches, temples and small chapels, because it is impossible to imagine any region in our country without them.

According to the latest statistics, today there are 36,878 churches or other premises in Russia where the liturgy is celebrated. Of course, putting all of them on the same layout, even at a scale of 1:87, would be very problematic. But dozens of the most recognizable, iconic in their cities, of course, were not deprived of attention by the creators of the Tsar-Maket museum and appeared on the model and, of course, became its decoration...
